She is a one-woman operation. Her kids help out, but cut her some slack. She does a great job and we have been going their for years. Sorry for your experience, but give her a chance. Maybe walk in one day and say hello, order your food, and wait the 10 minutes for them to cook it. During that time, chat with her. She is very nice.
